The major focus of Transform East Alliance TEA is to equip the Christian workers to share love of God to disciple the unreached people groups (UPGs) of India Anthropological Survey of India identified 4,635 people groups in India. The classification was carried out by researchers and social scientists . Our method is based on the Great Commission. As Mathew recorded, And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations (Ethne in Greek, jati in Indian languages), and then the end will come. We train the Christian workers to share the love of Christ and disciple them in Biblically sound and culturally appropriate way. The mission of TEA is to train committed men and women deputed by missions and churches from India to reach the unreached people groups within the region. In order to achieve this, TEA equips them with cross-cultural understanding, contextual technology skills for income generation along with micro-credit and micro-enterprises leading to church planting and holistic development among the unreached people groups call self help groups and training in cottage industry like, candle making, soap powder, dish washer liquid, photo frame making, photo Lamination (sticker and chemical), Juice and jam making, fabric painting, Bible cover making, vermi- compost ( bio- fertilizer), grafting , imitation jewelry ( earrings making) Chicken / poultry firm, farming / goatary / mushroom, and etc will be taught.
We have target for provide Micro – finances to 20 to 30 families / pastors / leaders for Business for income generation projects for sustainability and our funding goal is yearly $ 25,000 to $ 40,000
